Terms and Conditions for 291lodi – Philippines Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 291lodi ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing access to and use of the 291lodi website, available at https://291lodi.best, and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered through the platform.

By clicking "Register," creating an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service on 291lodi, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all players without exception, regardless of how they access the platform — via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other supported access method.

To register and use 291lodi, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming in the Philippines and is strictly enforced. 291lodi will request identity verification documents and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to register as players.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 291lodi only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any pending balances being forfeited.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, valid email address, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. 291lodi may request updated information or supporting documents at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification obligations.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 291lodi support immediately at support@291lodi.best.
• 291lodi uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all account transmissions. We will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

By registering, you also confirm that you are not acting on behalf of a third party — all funds deposited and all gameplay must be done in your own name and on your own behalf.

291lodi accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards. All transactions are processed and settled in Philippine Pesos (₱). 291lodi does not process foreign currency transactions.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 291lodi account are legitimately sourced and that you are the registered owner of the payment account used. 291lodi may request proof of payment method ownership as part of verification. Deposits made using payment accounts that do not belong to the registered player will be refunded and the account may be restricted pending investigation.

291lodi processes withdrawals to GCash and Maya in under 5 minutes for standard amounts. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet typically process within 1–2 hours. Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no cut-off times.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 291lodi account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal, 291lodi may request KYC verification documents including a valid government-issued ID (PhilSys, UMID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS ID) and a selfie. This is a one-time requirement.
• Large withdrawals above ₱50,000 may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process. Players will be notified of any delay.
• 291lodi does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Fees applied by your e-wallet or bank provider are outside our control.
• Any winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for details.

Withdrawal requests submitted during active gaming sessions will be held until the session concludes. Funds subject to an open bet, active game round, or pending wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are resolved.

• Welcome Bonus: The first-deposit match bonus is available to new players only, once per account. It cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other welcome offer.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms (e.g., "30x bonus amount"). Only real-money wagers count toward wagering requirements — bonus funds used in free rounds do not count.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, Pusoy, and Poker may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: 291lodi reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play with other players.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free rounds expire if not used within the period stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

All games on 291lodi — including Pusoy, Pusoy Dos, Bingo, Sabong, Basketball Betting, Fishing Games, and Poker — operate under defined rules. Game-specific rules are available in each game's information section within the platform.

• All game outcomes on 291lodi are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), independently verified for true randomness. No player, staff member, or third party can influence game outcomes.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a game round begins, it cannot be cancelled. Bets are settled automatically based on the game's outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-round (server disconnect, game client crash, network error), the round will be recovered and completed when connection is restored. If a round cannot be recovered, the bet amount will be returned to your account.
• In live Sabong events, 291lodi relies on the feed and results from the authorised cockpit operator. In the event of a mismatch or disputed result from the operator, 291lodi will apply the official result as declared by the cockpit operator.
• For Basketball Betting and sports markets, all bets are settled according to the official results from the relevant sports governing body. Settlements happen automatically once results are confirmed.
• 291lodi game mathematics (including house edge and return-to-player rates) are published and available upon request from support.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 291lodi and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to play games or gain unfair advantages.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in Pusoy, Poker, or any multi-player game.
• Engaging in money laundering, using gaming activity to obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the 291lodi platform, its games, or payment systems.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Players are required to report discovered bugs to support immediately. Any winnings derived from a known bug are subject to reversal.
• Allowing or facilitating a third party to access or use your 291lodi account.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person (third-party deposits).

291lodi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons may include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failed KYC verification, inactivity for an extended period, or player-requested closure.

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.
• Platform-Initiated Closure: If 291lodi closes your account due to a Terms violation, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending investigation. Verified legitimate balances will be returned; funds linked to prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. A maintenance fee of ₱50 per month may apply to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fees are applied.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from 291lodi for responsible gaming reasons should contact support. Self-excluded players will have their accounts closed and will not be permitted to re-register. See Section 10 for more details.

Nothing on the platform grants any player a right or licence to use 291lodi's intellectual property for any purpose outside of using the platform as a player.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or modify any 291lodi content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the 291lodi name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Game software and interfaces are licensed to 291lodi by third-party game providers and remain the intellectual property of those providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 291lodi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

• 291lodi does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability. 291lodi is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
